 Sesters (natural shelters), sand deposits, pens, springs and breathtaking cliffs are seen during this stage, which takes us across the comtat region. The richness of its farmland is revealed in hundred-year-old trees (olive trees, almond trees, vines) whose products including oil, wine and honey we enjoy.
